Mike has over 30
years in investment banking and corporate advisory services gained
with Cranleigh, Nomura and Citigroup among other appointments in
Europe and New Zealand.
In London he
assisted major corporations with business development opportunities
and debt restructurings. During the 1990’s Mike was appointed by
the British government to Poland to assist with the restructuring of
a Polish state-owned bank.
On returning to
New Zealand he developed and managed his own business interests. He
subsequently joined Cranleigh as a director for 11 years, primarily
working across infrastructure and mergers & acquisition projects.
Mike advises on a
range of projects including mergers and
acquisitions,
joint ventures, financial structuring and business case development.
His key interests are strategic development, value enhancement,
infrastructure development and negotiations.
He is also
chair of a private, specialist health services company.
Mike enjoys the
arts, sailing and other outdoor pursuits.
